Once you are satisfied, the writer will be handed over the project.

What is your turnaround time?

For a typical order of 500 words or less, you will receive your first draft within 24 hours. Longer pieces or projects that require translation services may take slightly longer. If you have a rush job, we are usually able to turn around content very quickly. This can be especially helpful if you are facing a crisis communications situation.

In which format will you provide my content?

When your order is ready, you will receive an email from us that includes a link to download your content. Your content will be provided to you in standard Microsoft Word format, unless you request otherwise.

Who owns the copyrights to the content developed for me?

You will own all of the rights to the content we create for you and may license, copyright and distribute them as you wish. You can modify or reformat the write-ups provided for you. They are yours and you assume complete ownership over them. We work as ghost writers for you. Once we are done with the content, we will hand it over to you along with the copyrights. You can publish or resell your article any way you deem necessary. But, we may request you to show our work as a sample to our prospective clients and express your thoughts on how it was working with us.

Will the content be original? How will I know that the content I receive is original?

Yes, absolutely. At WebsManagers, we follow a stringent ‘No Plagiarism Policy’ assuring you a 100% unique content. Our content writers will check the copy for plagiarism on a premium tool like Copyscape before handing it over to the editor. We can also provide a formal report or screen shot of Copyscape with the write-up on your request. We use Copyscape, an online plagiarism detection tool, to ensure that all of the content our writers create and deliver to you is 100 percent original. Our company has a strict anti-plagiarism policy in place.

Is there any type of content you won't create?

In extremely rare situations, we may not have the capacity to take on additional projects. While we do our best to close our system to new orders during these times, if your order is accepted during a “sold out” period, we will issue you a refund and offer to do your project at a later time at a reduced cost (typically half-price). We also reserve the right to refuse any project. We pride ourselves on our work and there are some projects that we cannot take. These include any material we deem to be hate speech or pornography, or that our writers and editors deem unsuitable. In these cases, we will notify clients that we are unable to take their projects and issue them a refund.

How much do you charge? What factors contribute to your charges?

The rates are determined by the complexity of the project and the time and effort which our resources invest. Time spent in research, writing, proofreading, editing and phone or Skype chat are some of the contributing factors in determining the rates. Through chats and conferences, we will take a brief from you about your services/products, targeted customer base, market segment and will then incorporate it in our writing to produce a copy which exactly meets your specifications and needs.

Do you charge extra for revisions? Will there be any hidden costs?

No, we do not charge extra for minor revisions of the initial draft and there will be no hidden costs. Our editors make sure that you get an accurate and error-free copy in the format and style specified by you. We will make sure that the keywords are used in the correct proportion and manner, and all other specifications provided by you are taken care of. We will send the file for your feedback and if you would like us to revise, we will be happy to help you. We will provide you with up to two rounds of revisions after delivery of the initial draft, depends on the package you order. That said, our first drafts are typically very close to final versions, and we rarely need to provide repeated revisions. However, we will not rewrite the order completely, otherwise extra charges

What will happen if I cancel my project halfway through? Do you guarantee refund?

We completely understand that sometimes your business needs change. If you wish to cancel the contract halfway through, you will have to give us at least a month notice. We would be really glad to restart the project from where we left it, if and whenever you would like us to. If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your written content at the initial draft without requesting for any revision, then we will refund your money, otherwise no refund. It’s that simple. It is important to note that this money-back guarantee cannot be extended to distribution services provided by Release Wire, whose products we resell as a courtesy, but with whom we have no formal connection.

No! We’re sorry, we do not provide any type of hosting or domain name services to our clients. You must have your own hosting account with a reputable hosting company along with a domain name. We can only make recommendation for you.

What if I don't have any content (text and images) ready for my website or pages?

First of all, we have Seasoned Content Writers and Veteran Graphics’ Designers among our team members. However, if you do not have content (text or images) ready for your website pages or blog, no problem! You can hire our content writers and graphics’ designers to write the right words and design outstanding graphics for your professional websites or blogs.

 

Will I be able to edit my website easily? I am a beginner and I don't know anything about programming or coding.

Yes! You can easily edit your website content (text and images) on all the pages of your website by easy-to-use clickable and drag-drop options. Will you teach me how to update or edit my website in the future?

No. If you need support or updates for premium themes/plugins, which I have used for your website from theme/plugin developer, you will need to purchase that theme/plugin. My package does not include licenses.

What happens if I mess up my website due to changing or updating an area of the site by mistake?

After delivery of the website, we cannot take any responsibility if any changes or updates are made to plugins/theme files or any other options that cause the website to become inoperative. We don’t keep websites backups after delivery (unless it is requested before the completion of the order). With that we may only help on minor cases. otherwise extra charges.

How much does SEO cost?

Can you get me ranked for general terms like ‘lawyer’?

General terms are highly competitive and would be extremely costly to rank for based on the time and resources it would take to achieve rankings for a term that broad. Another reason we advise against going after terms that broad is relevancy. If you are a lawyer in Wisconsin, traffic from Arizona probably isn’t that relevant to your business. It is more cost effective and pragmatic to go after terms that relate to the location of your business.

Which Search Engines receive the majority of searches?

Google obtains the majority of search traffic, with about 67% total searches. Bing comes in second with about 17%, then Yahoo with roughly 12% and the remaining Search Engines all total about 4%.

How often do the Search Engines update their algorithm or search equation?

Only the techs behind the search engines know this answer for sure, but Google’s head of Web Spam, Matt Cutts, has been quoted saying that more than 500 updates are made each year.
